Indeed, i may disagree with you (you being more knowledgeable in this context), he could have simply evaded or not to mention the yemen...If he mentions there should be some purpose he being CAS knows the statements would carry out..

Health Minster came to have meeting with counterparts in Pakistan, this reception by PAF was one of many reception he received in Pakistan .... BTW ACM Sohail Aman was posted in Kuwait during First Gulf War and explained his association with Kuwait in this video
