Saudi Arabia rolled out first locally upgraded F-15SA. The first test flight of the F-15 S aircraft is converted to the F-15 SA model with locally manufactured parts (wings and front). The conversion process was carried out at the facilities of Al Salam Aircraft Maintenance Company.

The advanced electronics company manufactures and repairs three components of the AN / APG-63V3 radar, which is the ASC analog signal converter, the LVPS low-voltage power supply, and the catalytic receiver RE

Its quite different, the F-15SA is more advanced in avionics and payload. Not big difference though it just the RSAF requested what serve them better according to the standard followed.

On a neutral and unbiased, FACT-BASED POV, Do you think KSA or more specifically KSA Aviation related firms consider Pakistan Aeronautical Complex which is

responsible for development of Super Mushak Trainers, K-8 Intermediate trainers and JF-17 Thunder fighters along with wide range of Avionics such as Radars, MFDs, Cockpit systems, FBW/FBO systems as well as airframe parts and Mirage overhaul experience with a future project of fifth plus generation fighter

as a future partner and wanting to JV with PAC ?

Asking you because i am a bit confused over here due to GCC countries heavy cashing off-the-shelf western systems and no sign of heading towards China/Russia or small but fruitful industries like of Pakistan.

Its hard to tell. Currently, there is nothing telling about any current collaboration in defense industry with Pakistan however, with China yes on missile tech and male uav. Its becasue GCC entire military system is built on western school and has been operating western made hardware for ages now.

It could be in the future who knows especially in the field of aerodynamics.

Congratulations. Good to see SAMI is reaching significant milestones. Insha'Allah, may this be the basis for a self reliant aviation infrastructure which can one day pave way for design and manufacture of indigenous weapons platforms and munitions. KSA certainly have the wherewithal to achieve this.
