There is no Brotherhood between Ppl and Terorrists.

Especially MotherFucking Pan Islamists.

taliban, Hamas, Hizbollah, ISIS, bocoHaram, etc. ...

all are same.
Indeed any armed organization outside the legitimate government is a terror organization.

It doesn't apply to Pakistan. The state sheltering terrorists, army sheltering terrorists, people sheltering terrorists and finally terrorists sheltering terrorists.

KARACHI: The US forces seem to be setting up a new military camp in Afghanistan as the required construction material and equipment are being rapidly transported for its early completion, official documents have revealed.

Recently, a vessel loaded with a huge quantity of construction material and allied equipment arrived at Karachi port. As per its import general manifestation (IGM), the imports were made by the United States Army Corps of Engineers Services.

The imports are said to be used for setting up a camp by the name of ‘Camp Shaheen’.

The imported material included 13th partial shipment of a complete power plant (22MW) with standard accessories and essential parts.

It was further disclosed that shipment carried by a vessel, Noble Coral, also supplied design, manufacturing and supply of 220/20-15KV three-phase power transformer for Camp Shaheen substation as per the project specifications.

A large quantity of cold and hot rolled steel sheets — mostly used for construction of military camps — and other equipment like plastic injection moulding machines with standard accessories were also supplied from different world ports.

Similarly, another vessel carrying 208 heavy military vehicles recently arrived at the city’s port. It carried equipment needed for construction work like wheeled excavators, crawler excavators and US diplomatic cargo meant for transshipment to Kabul via Torkham in transit to Afghanistan.

The vessels were loaded at US ports of Jacksonville and Wilmington.

KABUL: French and Algerian fighters , some arriving from Syria, have joined the ranks of the Islamic State group in northern Afghanistan where the militants have established new bases, multiple international and Afghan sources have told AFP.

It is the first time that the presence of French IS fighters has been recorded in Afghanistan , and comes as analysts suggested foreigners may be heading for the war-torn country after being driven from Syria and Iraq.

It is also a troubling sign as France, which has faced the worst of the IS-inspired violence in Europe since 2015, debates how to handle hundreds of its citizens who went to fight for the group in the Middle East.

"A number" of Algerian and French nationals entered the largely IS-controlled district of Darzab in northern Jowzjan province in November, said district governor Baaz Mohammad Dawar.

At least two women were among the arrivals, who were travelling with a translator from Tajikistan as well as Chechens and Uzbeks, Dawar added.

European and Afghan security sources in Kabul confirmed Dawar's claim that Frenchcitizens were among the fighters -- though, one cautioned, "we do not know how many there are".

- 'The Engineers' -

Three of the Algerians seen in Darzab are believed to have been in Syria and Iraq, Dawar said, suggesting they may link Islamic State-Khorasan Province (IS-K), the group's franchise in Afghanistan and Pakistan, with the main group in the Middle East.

When it first emerged in 2015, IS-K overran large parts of eastern Nangarhar and Kunar provinces, though initially its part in the Afghan conflict was overshadowed by the Taliban.

The jihadists have since spread north, including in Jowzjan on the border with Uzbekistan, and carried out multiple devastating attacks in the capital Kabul.

Mohammad Raza Ghafoori, the Jowzjan provincial governor's spokesman, said French-speaking Caucasian men and women had been seen training IS fighters in Darzab.

He cited reports saying that around 50 children, some as young as 10, have also been recruited by the fighters .

Darzab residents told AFP that roughly 200 foreigners had set up camp just a few hundred metres (yards) from the village of Bibi Mariam.

One local man who gave his name as Hajji said the fighters were of several nationalities, including French , and were tall, aged in their late 20s, and dressed in military clothing.

"They ride their (motor) bikes, go to the border and come back, but they talk to nobody," he said.

Hashar, a former district village chief, said some were training others to use suicide bombs and lay mines.

"They are... bringing misery to normal people," he told AFP, as other villagers said many residents had fled the area.

Locals along with district governor Dawar warned the fighters were also exploiting natural resources, such as precious stones and metals.

One of the security sources said that two of the French had been nicknamed "The Engineers" and appeared to be organising some sort of extraction, "but we do not know what they are looking for".

Several European services believe the fighters are arriving through Tajikistan, the source said, adding that at least one Frenchman arrested there in July said he had wanted to join IS in Afghanistan .

- Land of jihad -

Afghanistan has long attracted foreign fighters , from the mujahedeen during the 1980s war against Soviet invaders to Al-Qaeda's later use of the country as a haven.

The Pentagon has said IS numbers fewer than 1,000 in Afghanistan .

But the growing presence of foreign fighters among them indicates that IS "seeks to create an external operations node for new waves of global attacks," warned analysts at the Washington-based Institute for the Study of War recently.

Aymenn Jawad Al-Tamimi, an expert on jihadist groups, said he did not think the presence of foreign fighters in Afghanistan meant that IS was necessarily "shifting its base".

The group's "natural home is Iraq and Syria, but I presume many of the foreigners in particular are taking the opportunity either to escape entirely or moving to other battlefields for IS where they might prove more useful," he told AFP.

The head of US forces in Afghanistan , General John Nicholson, has vowed the group will be "annihilated", and Washington notoriously dropped the so-called "Mother Of All Bombs" on an IS stronghold in Nangarhar in April.

But as the number of fighters grows in Darzab, the villager Hajji told AFP there were no signs of pro-government forces in the district.

"(The) government is God damned," he said. "There is no government here."

Don't know i have feeling they might want to do something with Paksitan
Nope. I will stick to @I.R.A theory.

Afghanistan is rich in copper, gold, uranium etc etc some estimate the reserves to be worth in trillions of USD ........... Their backers will make sure they are able to run their Caliphate's economy like last time and also assist in achieving the goals of their backers. They will be given every opportunity to gather ignorant gullible foot soldiers (Khurasan and think of the value this name carries) to further agenda of the backers. The unidentified helis, possession of tora bora complex, and their backer's presence in Afghanistan for more than a decade wasn't for nothing.

Afghanistan, Pakistan ISIL’s next target: Iranian Intelligence Minister
TEHRAN : Iranian Intelligence Minister Seyed Mahmoud Alavi Tuesday warned that the ISIL terrorist group which has sustained heavy defeats in Iraq and Syria is now attempting to find a new shelter, naming Afghanistan and Pakistan as its main target.

“The ISIL has lost land but it has not surrendered its arms and is after occupying lands in Afghanistan, Pakistan and anywhere else possible to revive the idea of Islamic caliphate,” Alavi said, addressing a forum in Tehran on Tuesday.

He also referred to US President Donald Trump’s controversial decision to recognize Jerusalem Quds as Israel’s capital, and said the decision came after the terrorists, including the ISIL, sustained a deadly blow and their supporters grew disappointed and adopted crazy behavior.

Alavi expressed pleasure that the world is aware of the dangers of Trump’s decision and avoided support.

In relevant remarks in November, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif warned that the ISIL terrorist group is a danger which threatens the region, including Afghanistan.

The Mullah is basically saying that the Shia Afghanis and Pakistanis fighting alongside the sectarian militants in Iraq and Syria will be mobilized back to Afghanistan and Pakistan to carry out attacks in the name of ISIS.

Allow me to disagree. Iran will not spare a moment to destabilize Pakistan. Any Sunni country that has strong relations with Saudi Arabia and Gulf states is a target for Iran. I can give you a complete list of Iran sponsored terror activities in Pakistan.

Iran major headache in the reigion is Pakistan. The only thing that makes the Mullah rightly in his place is the situation in Baluchistan.
