Actually anything that is low in carbs and have low calories are good for weight loss. Getting in shape always starts in the kitchen.

I'm planning to shift to a keto diet, but their obsession with fats is a little repulsive. Couldn't bring myself to do it, and am just sticking to low carb high protein, most of the time. That paneer makhanwala was a rush of blood to the head.

Yes, Sir, but only classics. I don't much like Hindi movies, for instance, not the recent ones, nothing after the 60s or the 70s, largely because the kind of music nowadays is not my cup of tea.

Yes this is bustard..never knew its found in indian too since i always hear in news about hue and cry from section of society when Shieks come to hunt down..and here we have many stories associated with it
