I have in the past been a dealer of these drones. These are DJI drones, the dealers have to sign an explicit agreement that the drones cannot be used for any conflicts. If PA can find the serial number, one could get the dealer that sold it to the Indians, and basically he will lose his dealership rights and may have to pay compensation.
