IS claims Basilan ambush (Philippines)

Dateline Cairo: The clash between the extremist Abu Sayyaf and the Philippine army in Basilan, south of Philppines, led to the death of 18 soldiers. The IS is claiming responsibility although the Philippine government is denying and reasoning that the battle was just IS inspired. But an IS statement said that they have detonated 7 trucks carrying soldiers. Which is which?
