Hi,

Meray piyaray bachay----young man you don't even know what the deal is----we are not destroying mumbai---we just going to strike some tactical positions & areas---.

Just a couple of bangs so that the financial houses take their money and run out of the country---. That's all---. It would destroy india's economy.

That is why I wonder---why has the Paf not invested in aircraft that can target mumbai---. I have stated for a long time---there is treason somewhere in the Paf at the grass root levels---.
Ideal would be EMP devices dropped/exploded in Hyderabad and Bangalore that fries up all those datacenters. No loss of life but whole eCommerce businesses crippled. When Amazon/Microsoft run out of India, uncle modi will straighten up in a hurry.

We didn't get the F-6s till 1966. There were no F-6 available during 65 war. China did "gift" the first 60 in 1966. And we incorporated AIM-9b missiles on them.

Similarly in 2002, they urgently transferred 40 additional F-7PGs but no A-5s. Who would want A-5s in 2002 :p
I myself saw A-5 (chinese) in peshawar at that time.

  • No. 7 Squadron Bandits operated A-5C from 1983 until circa 1991.
  • No. 26 Squadron Black Spiders operated A-5C from 1984 until February 2010.
  • No. 16 Squadron Black Panthers operated A-5C from 1983 until April 2011.

Hi

now everybody is jumping on the scenario that i created years ago.
On a strike like this you need a lots of discretion.
The strike aircraft will sneak in by themselves if they can and not with an entourage.
i think people are being carried away by what they saw on the 26th and 27th feb.

PG is essentially J-7MG Airguard with double cranked wings. I remember they came in crates on a container ship and were assembled in a hurry at KHI (not Kamra). We installed Grifo-7 & MB 0-0 on them later on.
which facility exist in Karachi which is capable of Aircraft assembling

Hi!
The indians latest naval fleet have israeli radars on board and, like the chinese aegis, they are calling them indian Aegis. Now, if that type of radar is installed on mast at 5m height, then it will be able to detect aircraft flying at height of 20 to 30 m at distance of 27 k.m as curvature of earth changes after that.
This is what I have learnt from different defence fora.
Now this has an implication and important one.
Actually for aircrafts, it is very easy to fly very low over seas but at the same time, it is way much easier to detect them because of absence of clutter.
Now, if by satelite imagery, if their ships can be located in arabian sea, then it will be easy to avoid them and reach south but without the help of satelites, it will be too risky to go for the SOUTH mission even if the aircrafts are flying too low.

I believe 102 or 105 AMU @ Faisal. Crews were flown in from Kamra. There is (or was) already engine test bed facility @ Faisal so they take out the engine and put them back in.

BACK TO F-16

--------------------------------

Some people often say "Getting J-10C would automatically divert US attention towards us and sell us F-16 to keep us in check.
I believe, it's not J-10C, we overlook over Block 3, Block 3 when inducted will itself be better in terms of many things especially AESA and PL-12 and RAAD ( i believe block 3 comes with it integrated) as compared to our F-16s and why wouldn't US give us viper then ?

Lockheed Martin sees big demand for F-16 in Middle East & Asia
  • 22 October, 2019
  • BY: Garrett Reim

Lockheed Martin believes its backlog of orders for the F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft could more than triple based on demand from Middle Eastern and Asian countries.

The company currently has a backlog of 30 F-16s, but anticipates orders for additional aircraft could increase its sales by at least another 60 examples, says Kenneth Possenriede, executive vice-president and chief financial officer of Lockheed Martin on the firm’s third quarter earnings call on 22 October.

“In our plan, we see countries like Morocco and other countries out in the Far East that in aggregate could grow our backlog by another 60 aircraft,” he says. “We see a great future for F-16.”

Lockheed Martin is currently building one F-16 per month at its Greenville, South Carolina facility, which this year started producing the fighter after production was moved from Fort Worth, Texas.

The company just recently started building Bahrain’s first F-16 Block 70 aircraft, which is scheduled to be delivered before the end of 2021. The Middle Eastern country ordered 16 examples for $1.12 billion in 2018.

The Greenville facility will also handle production of 14 examples of the F-16 Block 70 for Slovakia. The US government is also negotiating Bulgaria's planned acquisition of F-16 Block 70 aircraft. And, in March 2019 the US State Department approved the possible sale of 25 new production F-16 Block 72 aircraft and F-16V upgrades for Morocco.

Besides countries that have already disclosed interest in the F-16, Possenriede did not explain where the additional orders would come from. Should more orders be signed Lockheed Martin anticipates increasing its production pace from one aircraft per month to up to three per month. The Greenville facility has capacity to produce up to four aircraft per month, the company says.

Possenriede nodded to Taipei’s interest in the F-16 and the US State Department’s approval of the possible sale, but did not name Taiwan as a prospective buyer. The deal is contested by China which views selling arms or helping Taiwan as challenging its claim that the self-ruled democratic country should be controlled by Beijing.

“There’s discussion about another country in the Far East that could want as much as 66 [examples of the F-16], and we will see where that goes,” Possenriede says of Taiwan’s interest.

Moreover, Lockheed Martin sees a big opportunity to sell the F-21 variant of the F-16 to India.

8 new subs
4-to-6 new frigates
J-15s
JF-17 Block-II/III
Mirage-III/V
JH-7AII (maybe)
Can put a considerable level of threat India's way and have a good chance to thwart an Indian attempt to do the same.
other than Submarines no other system have capability to pose any threat to South India and employment of Submarine pose threat from a single dimension that is from sea .....

All other listed system are limited in their offensive capabilities in term of range and weapon, so their better use would remain limited to the employment of A2/AD in near sea region of Pakistan, which mean a Defensive employment while employment of H-6 is purposed in offensive role

Then how about targeting/hunting first the ships with stealth UCAVs like sharp sword which has two weapon bays, each having dimensions of about 4m by 0.5 m? Using them first to knock out ships/corvettes and then using larger aircrafts, whether to be H-6 or flankers will be better inshaAllah.
