Pakistan is working on something similar according to defence book which is released after a year or two.

All what I have gathered here is manufactured in Saudi Arabia. Exception is AMRAAM missile, we only manufacture the electronic components and the F100 engine only maintenance and repair. The rest have either been developed locally, transfer of tech or production under license like the BAE Systems Hawk, and UH-60 Black Hawk. Boeing also buys its display unit from Saudi Arabia for the AH-64 Apache. Our military industry is still small but moving fast.
