What about Belgium?

Andhra and Karnataka are both close to the Hindi belt states. While Kerala and Tamil Nadu are far away from that. Although Keralites encounter this Hindi issue, at least they don't give a *beep* about it. And you ever been to Assam or Nagaland? Try talking in Hindi to the locals.
