14 killed as police, jihadists clash in Yemen

Dateline Aden. Security sources said that at least 12 Al-Qaeda fighters and two policemen were killed late Saturday inAden. Fighter jets and Apache helicopters carried our 4 air strikes. The Saudi-led coalition carried out the attack in support of the security forces. With new checkpoints in the residential district of Mansura, clashes continued after breaking out in the late afternoon.
