Jordanian security clash with extremist militants in Irbid
AMMONNEWS - Jordanian security forces Tuesday evening clashed with extremist militants as part of a major manhunt in Irbid ,security forces said.
Special forces took part in the large scale operation which a security official described as one of the largest manhunts .
Most of these militants holed in Irbid camp and Hanina to the city center and the outskirts of the eastern boundary adjacent to the Al-Hashemi street.
Ammon learned that the security forces deployed dozens of troops to crime scene.
It is expected to issue an official statement about Irbid operation shortly.

My sources say people killed came from Syria. 5 of wanted people killed, 2 security forces killed in gunfights as well.
Another thing I'm hearing is these are drug dealers/smugglers.
