Well one can say that it took PAF to get J-15 + J-10 Combo to neutralize Rafale, just as IAF had to buy M2K + M-29 against PAF F=16s back in 80s. However I think this will push IAF to buy something else along with more Rafale.

They are not here to neutralise Rafale. J 15 is for Naval aviation and J 10 role most likely will be similar to MIRAGE as deep strike jet. Rafale will get most likely answered by F 16 BLOCK 72.
