Yes both are untrue
in first pic the SU-30s are giving an honorary escort to the newly delivered airframes Its not “security”as the person said.
In second pic the encircled people are not air crew ,they are base commander,AOC western command and chief of IAF.
At last, the tweets are not related to the thread so they shouldn’t be posted here in my opinion

The left section of the second pic...u can make out the cockpit(canopy). So it's the silhouette of some jet...from the curve it doesn't look like it's JF17...
...soo J15 perhaps? Or maybe J10?

Look closely at the second pic left part...
The curve of the silhouette...my guess is it's a J10

these accounts are made by some teenagers who tweet against india while acting as foreigners first it was only restricted to fake accounts of turks now it Also includes nepalis,chinese,russians,srilankans and bangladeshis it works well for short term but in the long run it results in a totally distorted or let me say delusional view about other countries in heart of local pakistanis
now comingback to 1st tweet,i didn’t assume anything,the SU-30s are giving a ceremonial welcome to the rafales!!!! Not a “Security” as the tweet says
you can compare that to this welcome to the Chinese President by jf-17s
