Nah, I don't think. Ceremony still can be held without flying any plane.

PMIK has to visit AzadKashmir so Aug 5th won't be the day. It will be in between Aug 5 - Aug 14.

with the flash flooding predicted in Karachi, it would not seem favorable that the PM is inaugurating fighter planes where as the city is under water. Secondly when the PM will visit Karachi he will also visit and meet other people.

Indeed what date tomorrow will be is unsure ..my bet is next year army parade/23 march
