My understanding is that Taliban of Afghanistan, have declared a field day, against "Indian interests in Afghanistan."

For now, no direct attacks on India.

I can only predict as per these sources...nothing sure Abt it. But what I am sure is that India is planning a big event to curtail Dam construction and to cut of link b/w China and Pakistan. So anything is possible.
