there are so many countries that have aircrafts going into remote countries for aid and this should be posted too, planes and helicopters have been bought for supplies and air runs to help struggling countries but where are these pictures?

Pictures of those are always unaccounted for. They always concentrate on the brutality of the situation. Nobody wants to know about humanity, nor do politicians let it come mainstream. It is very unfortunate that people pay more attention to violence rather than appreciate humanity. That is how this world has come up. It is sad but, this is the truth.

Media has a lust for controversy and interesting acts. Maybe the giving of aid is not interesting to the minds of those media people and that act only becomes interesting in times of calamity. But during ordinary times, it is better to have a coverage of the bombings and military exercise because that is being read more than the giving of aid. In fairness to the media, most of the aid are political in nature and it projects an enhancement of the government official who initiated the giving of aid.

Also, sensationalism is something that matters more to many in the media world than facts. A lot of stories eventually get debunked but by that time news organizations move on to the next story.

I also want more coverage of the UN peacekeeping missions. Those are the ones that really matter anyways, because a lot of peacekeepers have kept countries from imploding, especially on the African continent, but do they get any credit for it? No.

There is plenty of coverage of aid, although since it doesn't create controversy, it gets no media attention. Here are one of my favorite Airborne pictures of a more passive scene. Sort of speaks a little bit on the cultural differences and all, but it's harder than you think to find a relevant picture, lol.
