Sometimes I wonder where Al Jazeera's loyalty resides. Some of its journalists aren't objective in the way they report, especially when it comes to news from the Middle East. One of the more disturbing revelations is the the AU assassination plot in addition to South Africa's alleged relationship with the "United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Iran, South Korea and North Korea."

It be interesting what kind of information they reveal. This isn't the first kind something like this has happen. There been Wikileaks and probably going to be leaks later in the future.

I wander about the journalists as they don't seem to oppose stories that happen in their countries mostly ones in the western areas which is strange and also kind of weird for them to do. I wander if it is promises of words or actual works that will help them out and get people to trust them. Spy cables mean spying on other countries and getting their countries or people to see what the west and other ones are doing or saying about them and wander where this leads them too.

I quite like Al Jazeera. They're much better than CNN and Fox and the like in my view, because they don't have a ratings obligation. That being said, they are funded by powerful people with powerful opinions. I don't think that news is about being objective, there aren't always 2 sides to every story. But I think Al Jazeera does a pretty good job of avoiding sensationalism and showing different perspectives on the same story.
