Soldiers often carry 90 pounds or more into combat. While the US military has considered adding robotic mules to carry the luggage, robotic mules are deemed too noisy. Are there dedicated porter units in the military? These Porter Units can be used to carry hand trucks for luggage, or help take care of the donkeys that do carry luggage.
