For the futures sake of the USA, they should start moving manufacturing plants to Mexico. Cheap labor and cheaper transport would be achieved. The USA has created a monster that it cannot control and the only way to bring it back down to earth is to take back what we gave them. Cut off all trade agreements with them and move everything to Mexico or other Asian countries in the region.

All major U.S companies doing business in China are privet own which means that U.S has no say over them. Cutting trade with China will cause sever damage to the U.S market.

All companies pay taxes to the US government. They can make special deals and tax breaks if ask them to move out of China. But you knew that because you're from the USA right? Everyone pays taxes, private or not. Every company wants the best deal. The USA can do that if things escalate further. The American people can boycott that products made in China if it got worse.

LOL yeah right. The US can't afford it. All major companies are enjoying the cheap workforce Chia is offering and that is 5 cent per hour where in the US cost at least $10 per hour. All companies will simply give the US the middle finger and do business somewhere else as the world doesn't revolve around the US after all. The laptop you are using to participate in this forum is made in China, your phone, the cloths you wear, the chopstick you use to eat with....etc. Heck even the US debt is mostly owned by China. Get off your horse mate and face the reality. If China were to impose sanctions, the US market would crumble.

If that's the case, then why don't they do it? There are backlashes if China imposes sanctions on the USA. China loses a big chunk of revenue if they cut USA off and it goes the other way as well.

I suggested we move things to Mexico or other countries. Why would I suggest we move it back to the states? It's actually more then $10 usd an hour. But you knew that right? I'm not using a laptop, but you knew that too right? Seems more like you assume shit, when you don't know much of my stance on things.

We created a monster and the best way to stop it is to stop feeding it. Move manufacturing to other countries that will not pose an immediate threat like Mexico or even the Philippines where the daily wage is $3 to $4 usd a day.
