This was totally released at the right time to hurt Hillary's chance of being the first female president. It sounds like something that the Bush family leaked. They are really pushing for George W.'s brother, Jeb, to be the next president.

This wouldn't surprise me at all. Maybe they think yet another Bush in charge is the natural order of things. I don't think it will seriously impact Hillary though, she's already shown she can behave with dignity in the face of scandal and she's sure to secure the feminist vote.

Much ado about nothing. Even if this turns out to be true in the most scandalous way possible - which is, what, that Bill Clinton is/was friends with a sleazebag? - what does it have to do with Hillary? I'm close to someone who likes someone who once went to prison for arson - should you keep me away from matches? Rumor mills are fun, but let's not pretend this has any true bearing on politics.

So, he was tied to the guy who was charged with having sex with underage girls? He held a high place in our government and even a Prince Andrew is named as being associated with this guy. This case really does a lot of name calling and I think it's going to be a small blip on the residential run radar. It can't even amount to the impeachment scandal and that did nothing to her first run.

The crazy thing is I believe many Americans don't even care about sex scandal's in the presidency. Americans knew of Bill Clinton's sexual drama yet they still reelected him. The days of purely moral candidates is over. Until the way our president is elected is changed it will not matter what people think. We as Americans do not directly vote for our president. We are, however, lead to think we are. Our voting process is outdated and needs change. Real change.

Is Hillary Clinton still considering the presidency? I've always thought how great it would be if the US finally gets to have a female president. Though it's championed liberalism and equal rights and opportunities for centuries now, it ironically never elected a woman to the highest single-member position in the land. Obviously, Bill Clinton's closet skeletons aren't helping. Such actions may all have done in the past but... the present and the future will bear the brunt of it all.

So much dirt is dug up for these campaigns from what you say or how you look. They have been through worse and if it guilt by association then I am sure everyone has a truckload. I don't think it will make much difference as it's not direct and given the choices does the US really want to be run by a Bush? Who else is there? People need to look at the bigger picture, few Presidents have been squeaky clean. I can't think of one, but am open to anyone suggesting one!

These stories are non-sense. Bill Clinton probably has ´connections´ to 100o´s of people from all walks of life. He has probably attended events with 10,000s of thousands of people. How can he be responsible for every little thing those people do with their lives.

I am not saying this is a Republican thing, because everyone does it.. but there are probably people with big databases who have the names of anyone Clinton ever associated with, and as soon as anyone on that list does something wrong, they are ready to pounce and say ´associated´ or ´with ties to´... It is crazy, I am a nobody, and I probably have ties to 1000´s of people in one way or another from my past. What happens if one of my old fraternity brothers gets caught with child porn 20 years after I last saw him.. does that mean I am unfit for a job? and even more funny, does that mean my wife is unfit for a job?

He has only been linked to . . . the scandal. How will this affect his wife's bid to be the next president?

Yeah, question in light of this new development is, will it negatively impact Hillary Clinton's bid to be the next U.S president?
I don't think it will. Clinton is headed back to the white house in my opinion. I don't watch the news much but I'm sure there isn't much competition out there from the other candidates, but it's still early, we have to wait and see.

The bottom line is that this country was doing much better when Clinton was in office and the American people have to take that into consideration. A persons personal life is just that, personal, and we all have issues with this no matter what level your on. I would like to see Hillary in the white house if she runs again.

This has me thinking "Why should I care?". Was Clinton getting it on in a nuke testing plant, leaning against a launch button? Was the person underage? Why should I care about this?

This may affect Hillary as her husband was in another scandal and denied being involved with the women Monica and managed to talk his way out of the scandal which is something which very few people can do. It will be interesting to see what will happen this time and this will affect the chances of having Hillary as president and may give a negative press and reactions as well. Hillary has been getting around and getting involved with the people, which shows she does want to do more for the normal people, and also people will see how this scandal works out and I reckon Bill will have a hard time of getting out of this one.

Hillary has not contol over Bill Clinton that is obvious. I think that the Democrats may be hopeful another candidate will come in and take the focus off Hillary. I personally like Bernie Sanders but I fear he is another candidate that may not be electable. I wish someone else would step up to the plate so we are not stuck with the whole Bush Clinton dynamic that is sweeping the U.S.
