Egyptian army kills mentally ill Palestinian swimming near border

Al Jazeera is airing footage of a Palestinian male whom is mentally ill swimming along the border getting shot by army towers on the Egyptian side of the border. The border police is trying to signal the Egyptian forces that the man is mentally ill don't shoot let us recover him but they shot, crossed over and took his body. This is shameful behavior by a really sick people in Egypt. If the Palestinian people didn't fear God we could blow that whole tower up.
