Navigation lights on wing surface? Could be, since the a/c is only on primers, and looks like a prototype. Hence have to give the poster, benefit of doubt.

from the looks of it is RD-93 and at a quick glance honestly one cannot differentiate if it's block 2 or 3 apart from the serial number giving it away
