Who designated YPG as a terror group? As far as I know, this group is not listed by the US state department or the EU union. Were they not fighting ISIS in Syria? What has the UK says about this so far? Any statement as of now?

There was a heavy debatte in British Parliament last week. British Minister pointed that they know YPG is affiliated with PKK and also dominated by PKK.
