Flying tank drones, kick starter project

This is a kickstarter project where they plan to build a flying tank drone. The prototype is extremely good at navigating around the playground. This has obvious military application, the drone could be armed and then it would have the advantage that it could pop up to fire at a target and then drop down behind cover.

Or it could use its tracks to move stealthly into to postion, using the ground as cover. The drone ofcourse could be remote control operated either by wire or radio transmission or it could be autonomous.
