Hezbollah Says Israeli Helicopter Strike Killed Five Fighters in Syria

Just recently Hezbollah was bragging that they have weapons that would probably guarantee them victory should they decide to engage Israel [in war]. Israel apparently doesn't want to wait to find out what weapons the militants have. The sooner they find out, the earlier they'll figure out how to defend themselves. I see this attack as a provocation to force Hezbollah to make a move.

An Israeli helicopter strike in Syria killed five Hezbollah fighters on Sunday, including the son of the group’s slain military commander, Imad Mughniyeh, Hezbollah said as a member briefed on the episode described the attack as a provocative move by Israel.

The attack threatened to rekindle fighting between Israel and Hezbollah, the Lebanese Shiite militant group and political party.

That Israel could launch a preemptive strike on the hezbollah militants deep in Syrian territory just goes to show the level of professionalism on its part.Israel has every right to defend its citizens against this terrorists who pose a serious threat in that region.
