well it's kind of logical to a degree if you really think about it
1. Sweden is desperately trying to sell and make a major sale of the Gripen to India including the sale of Technology Transfer. If Pakistan really used the SAAB-2000 AWAC to help conduct their op. against India on 27 Feb. it would look bad for Sweden and most likely India would put them back on the blacklist prohibiting any sort of defence trade within the two countries. however at the same time, Sweden is not a major weapon provider towards the Indian military so little to no effect will dramatically hit the Indian military.
2. South Africa-India have a weird off and on defence partnership, similar that of theirs with Sweden. for the longest time South Africa had been blacklisted by India due to some sort of corruption scandal that came around. however South Africa's company Denel, now is making a major comeback in terms of weapon exports and are dramatically and desperately willing to sell towards anyone. If the Raptor guided bombing kits were used in Pakistan's strikes it will also hit Denel's reputation once again within the Indian military.
