I didn't know that they were sanctions against Indonesia. So what has Indonesia done to be sanctioned? I sometimes wonder who give some countries the right to tell other sovereign states what they should and should not do?

you can get sanctioned for spending money on the military not caring for civilians (like North Korea). Indonesian got sanctioned back in 2005 because of Human rights violations in East Timor.
