Iranian state tv is quoting officials saying there was extensive damage and up to 80 US soldiers were killed and what not. They are basically trying to sell it to the locals and to the domestic populace of the Middle East who do not verify their sources and take things at anyones word.

Iraqi security force: 22 missiles were fired at Iraqi territory around fajr time, of those 22 , 17 hit the Ayn Al Asad base.

Tomorrow there should be plenty of satellite images to asses damage(if any). Iraqi security source reiterates there were no casualties among the Iraqi forces contrary to some reports.

Iranians have made it clear that was their response and situation will be over if US doesn't attack. But they are also giving out warnings in the event US does launch strikes on Iran. I think it will get ugly in the region if the US does decide to launch strikes on Iranian territory.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani will soon make a statement to Iranian press regarding recent events. I assume he will mention the dangers of having generals targeted killed in targeted strikes and the consequences for the US in the region and will likely also warn the US from any further strikes.

Pentagon damage assessment is not finished and that is not related to casualties. They already announced there were no casualties so that shouldn't change but they are assessing material damage.

Who knows there may be but it will be announced tomorrow if there are. Just know it is a very big air base(15 mile perimeter) and lots of it is composed of runways and empty desert. They also said the troops were alerted via sirens and managed to get to shelters. However more details should be released tomorrow as everyone is asleep right now in the US.
