Don't see why they are sending money on air defense missiles when they have terrorists to deal with. The Iraqi army must concentrate on getting rid of ISIS before they worry about attacks from other nations.

Yeah. It's not like any nation intends to attack Iraq any time soon since Iran their enemy apparently no longer is considered an enemy. They've got ISiS to deal with right now and must focus on that. If the terrorists had an air force, investing in air defense missile systems would make sense but right now?

I guess it asks the question if ISIS is seen as a major threat to middle eastern countries in the middle east or if the west is still regarded as the common enemy?
