Israeli soldier executes wounded alleged Palestinian attacker

The Israeli army alleged that the man tried to stab a soldier, and hence was shot at possibly in the leg or with rubber bullets, can't tell myself. However we can see in the video he is injured and lying on the floor. The Israeli soldiers are apparently preparing to get him unto ambulance in the video. Then a soldier on the far left of the video fires a bullet at his head, killing him. You can notice the other soldiers are confused, so is the ambulance driver/medic.

An investigation has been supposedly opened, I don't know if the soldier was arrested or not.
