1- My guess, not more than 3-4 squadrons for PAF, that will take another 3-4 years. May be followed by another blk and repeat of 3-4 squadrons, eventually in 10 years time, prototype of AZM would be flying.
2- Upgrades are expected, but don't expect them catching up with blk3. It's very expensive to replace radars, limited budget will be spent some where else. Structural changes of airframe would be impossible to realize.
3- Guessing 1 squadron strength
4- Quite possible, may be most of the bravo will be
