Iraqi government/Iran led militias now employing terrorist attacks on demonstrators. They will no doubt blame this on ISIS but we all know who's doing it. I wouldn't put it past them. This is going to anger protestors even more and intensify the protests.

I see, thanks for the update.

You know a few years ago I was highlighting the abuses done by these militias and a south asian khamenei fanboy did actually say it was just ISIS propaganda. Not sure what happened to the guy but it would be interesting to see what he thinks of this and who would he support (his iraqi civilian shia brothers and sisters or the khamenist thugs who he regularly defended).

Security Forces Open Fire on Protesters in Nasiriyah, Killing 'at Least 25'

Amnesty International said at least 25 protesters were killed by a “range of different security forces” in Nasiriyah, Iraq, on Thursday, November 28, describing the scenes as resembling “a warzone.”
“This brutal onslaught is just the latest in a long series of deadly events where Iraqi security forces meted out appalling violence against largely peaceful protesters,” said Lynn Maalouf, Amnesty’s Middle East research director.
This video, uploaded to Facebook on November 28, shows armed men firing upon protesters in downtown Nasiriyah.
Iraq’s High Commission for Human Rights said it was “deeply concerned” at the “high rates of violence,” and called on security forces to “use force and violence only in self-defense and after all other actions have been exhausted to prevent harm.” Credit: Hussein Jameel via Storyful

Iran made terror groups slaughtering civilians demanding reforms for better life.
Target killing of critics is nothing new for Ayatollas but them operating in a country, where US has security control, is a matter of concern.
