A former army general who is now a congressman wants to impose economic sanctions on China if Beijing would ignore the ruling of UNCLOS on the dispute in the South China Sea. Congressman Rodolfo Biazon said that allies should participate in that sanction and he is exhorting its neighboring countries to unite in response to the expansion of China in the Spratlys.

Majority of the goods in Asia come from China. It will be slim pickings if Asia in general stop buying goods from China. All the knock off brands sold in Manila would be replaced with the Korean knockoff brands. But that would be good for South Korea right?

Majority of the people in the world don't give a damn about China's activity in the Spartleys. They just want their cheap electronics and knock off luis viton bags. Eventually when they get their heads out of their arses, they will see the big picture and they will need to cut the life blood out of the giant that they created, which is China. Stop buying cheap goods from China. Make new trade agreements with other countries that need the commerce.
