Major upgrade to the site

Dear members and visitors,

We will be running a major upgrade to the site in the next few hours or so. During the upgrade process, some areas may become unavailable or disabled. Avatars and icons may disappear for a while until the upgrade is fully procced and everything gets back to normal again. This upgrade will add new features, squashed bugs, and improve security and stability.

Just to follow up with my first announcement and to give you guys a heads-up, we have completed the upgrade successfully. It took us about 4 hrs to get it done, sorry for that. We still working on some areas here and there and you might notice some changes take place from time to time so don't panic.

4- We now support GIPHY (added to the toolbar)
