I don't think hate against Muslims is widespread. We havent seen a big uptick in violence against Muslims here. People certainly view the religion with suspicion and theres a reason for that in my opinion. I think suspicion is a much different thing than hate.

I agree! There is a huge difference between suspicion and hatred! I'm glad you expressed it that way. I am not seeing ANY discrimination against Muslims, just because they're Muslims. All I see is the accusation of "Islamaphobia" being bandied about, and a lot of people falling for it.
