A new family of sensors that would replace the aging air search radars on major US navy ships will most likely come to life, if it meets the expectations of a lower cost system for aircraft carriers. How long will this take to happen though?

Thanks for the video Legend, it's a really good one and it does explain how the technology works. Technology advances faster than we can imagine, everything will be detected in a more refined way.

I'm afraid that this type of technology will cause a cold war of some kind, with both sides trying to research as quickly as possible. With a huge cost to the Earth's resources.
