North Korea & Russia to create an allience?

There is a possibility that the two nation will team up with each other. First because they somewhat share a common ideology. Second each one need an ally especially now the the country have bad image in the world stage. However I hope that they will not be allied with each other because if it will the probability of another worldwide conflict rises.

Frankly speaking I don't consider North Korea a threat an anyone who makes an alliance with them hoping to get some benefit from it is a fool. Japan in the second world war was a bigger threat than Korea in its current state and we saw what happened to the Japanese empire. North Korea is all bark and no bite and they will be put in their place if they every try anything.
