If they are that low price and CSF in hand PAF should get as many as possible beacuse CSF won't come cash in hand it's like food stamp

"IF" the US release CSF it will be for C-130s, Zulus, MRAPS etc. It will be very hard to get F16s on CSF (offensive weapons)
We should have a middle deal where 60% of the funds will be provided by GoP where as 40% through CSF but I believe we are bent on having F16s 100% through CSF.
Agreed I believe PAF will pick big here since production is huge and buyers are less not too many Airforces needs F-16s plus LM will be comfortable give Max to one reliable client rather lobbying and finding more buyers outside

have been saying a lot that an F16, with AIM120 D (or even AIM 120 C5 which we have) is more than capable to finish of Rafale, piloted by an Indian.
