Saudii news saying successor to Salman no longer Prince Muqrin but now Mohamed bin Nayef was chosen as replacement. If I'm correct that is successor psotion?

Saudi friends please help us out here. :)

Is this expected or surprising?

they are not reckless at all. foreign media, arab or none arab, dont know how things work in saudi specially between royal family. so they make things look different and exaggerate.

So he was forced down than I don't think he would have stepped down willingly
everyone knows migrin isnt interested in it. or MBN is much more capable. so its not new to us everyone knew it was going to happen. historically it happened before. not everyone is capable to lead. prince migrin is great but MBN is the right person.

and according to law set by king abdullah no can change it unless it was his choice. dont forget that everyone already swore allegiance to migrin. so everyone is involved in this. including the mufti and scholars.
as i said ppl dont understand the dynamics inside the royal family
