Before posting , I want ask experts whether the claim of a Turkish Defense Expert Turan Oguz could be true ?
He wrote on his Twitter page FAQ, that Iskander can not only turn up to 30 G to avoid interceptors but also could protect itself with decoys.

....

Nationalinterest claims the same, but I never have heard about it up to now

"It’s also equipped with decoys to spoof interceptor missiles. As such, the Iskander is extremely difficult to intercept with current missile defense technologies."

Russia’s Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC) is considering several requests from foreign countries for acquiring the Iskander tactical missile system, TASS news agency reported citing Dmitry Shugayev Director of FSMTC.

“I confirm that such requests do exist, but it is too early to discuss them in public,” he told a news conference following the international military and technical forum Army-2017.

The tactical missile system Iskander is one of the best samples of high accuracy weapons, Shugayev said. “Naturally, its presence in the Russian armed forces is a great annoyance for those who see us as enemies. This is evidence that we have at our disposal a very effective weapon system. Clearly, it draws interest from our foreign partners. We keep working on a number of requests at the moment,” he said.

Shugayev said Russia had a “certain filter” stemming from its international commitments, which requires a very selective attitude to foreign contracts, including those over Iskander systems.

About 9K720 Iskander:

9K720 Iskander (Russian: «Искандер»; NATO reporting name SS-26 Stone) is a mobile short-range ballistic missile system produced and deployed by Russia.

The missile systems (Искандер-М) are to replace the obsolete OTR-21 Tochka systems, still in use by the Russian armed forces, by 2020.

The system is capable of hitting other missile systems, multiple rocket launchers, long-range artillery, aircraft and helicopters at airfields and command and communication centers up to 500 kilometers away.

The missile travels at hypersonic speed of 2100–2600 m/s (Mach 6–7) at a height of 50 km. The Iskander-M weighs 4615 kg, carries a warhead of 710–800 kg and achieves a circular error probable (CEP) of 5–7 meters.

It is rumored that during flight it can maneuver at different altitudes and trajectories and can turn at up to 20 to 30 G to evade anti-ballistic missiles

The maximum power for the nuclear warhead is 50 kiloton TNT (Iskander-M).
