Russia,India and China will hold joint exercises later this year

Poor US foreign policy has forced Russia,China and India to become friends. USA does not need enemies, they do a good enough job foiling themselves. If USA had not isolated Russia and India they could have been allies, but instead they pushed them to China.

Every country these days seems to be scrabbling round, looking for allies to latch on to. Talk about dragging everybody else down with you?

We want to go to war, but we're too afraid to go on our own so will you come with us and back us up? Is that on the negotiations work these days?
