At least its not one of those propaganda videos that Russia put out a few weeks ago. This looks like something that was made simply for documentation purposes.

I'm fairly certain that was a response to the US Mojave operation that they did, where they did the huge armored element exercise in the desert. I watched the whole thing on livestream, and it was pretty sweet to watch how their tanks operate. Coupled with the location, it looked like footage from some sort of Middle Eastern skirmish if you didn't have any context. Pretty cool stuff.
