I have to agree @westmixxin, but even these powerful machines still have their limitations. As I stated before, the reflectiveness and constant movement of the water would cause issues for their imagry... ever notice they tell you to take all your jewelry off or ask if you have any metal inside you when you go for a MRI or X-ray. Has some to do with the radiation and such, but it is mostly because the image becomes distorted by the reflective surface of the metals. The satellites imagery works on the same principle as the medical imagery machines. So reflective surfaces are harder to image, at least for now.
