In response to the appeal by the UN and its partners to the international community to urgently provide $274 million to respond to escalating humanitarian needs in Yemen, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz today ordered the donation of $274 million to the UN to support its humanitarian efforts in Yemen.

"This contribution demonstrates the Kingdom's commitment to help the fraternal Yemeni people," said Saudi Ambassador to the United States Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir.
