Dateline Seoul: A sound of explosion caused panic to residents of a front-line island to prepare for evacuation. Later on it was determined to have come from an artillery drill across the maritime border as per the statement of South Korean officials. Obviously, South Koreans are anxious in the wake of North Korea's recent launch of a long-range rocket and nuclear test.
