These armored vehicles are mostly bought by the UAE, and then after delivery to the Haftar forces, Jordan does not sell any arms to the parties to the conflict there !

The UAE and Egypt buy these armor and RPG-32 from Jordan, then transfer it to their allies in Libya, and Saudi Arabia also buys armor and RPG-32 from Jordan and transfers it to its allies in Yemen!
