There are demonstrations in multiple cities in the West Bank(Nablus, Jerusalem, Hebron, etc...) and clashes between Israeli forces and demonstrators. The Israeli army has sent artillery and more soldier brigades to Palestinian territory of the West Bank in anticipation for Israeli vote on annexation this weekend.

One rocket fired from Gaza lands in empty area near IDF base across Gaza border.

So basically a neighborhood in East Jerusalem, this plan is not going to gain momentum if it is intended to achieve lasting peace. Israeli Cabinet will vote Sunday to annex all West Bank settlements which will be a big escalation that will have consequences on the ground. The US should not recognize such annexation if they want this process to work.

The settlements are illegal because they are built on an occupied territory according to UN agreements.

14 Israeli air strikes on one location a night ago in Gaza, Israeli army says they were targeting an underground weapons manufacturing facility. Palestinians respond today with mortar fire on two IDF bases near the border.

There are Israeli strikes now and retaliatory Palestinian fire against those bases.

UN article 242 was rejected by the Palestinian authority. Is it binding or not I do not know.

Abbas did not change anything, there is still full blown security cooperation with Israel and he is abiding by Oslo agreements. Abbas was chosen by the CIA/Israeli Gov't/Arab regimes as he is more than acceptable to them and paves the way for Israel to implement its annexation goals.

Israel is now preventing some goods from entering Gaza due to Gaza's military response to Israel stalling ceasefire agreements.

ARAB LEAGUE REJECTS TRUMP PLAN; ABBAS VOWS TO CUT US, ISRAEL TIES

CAIRO — The Arab League rejected as “unfair” a Middle East plan unveiled by U.S. President Donald Trump and called for noncooperation with the U.S. administration, as Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas threatened to cut all ties with the Israelis and the United States.
In a final statement on Saturday following an emergency meeting in Cairo, the Arab League Council said the U.S.-Israeli plan “does not meet the minimum rights and expectations of the Palestinian people.”
It asserted that the peace process should be based on the two-state solution in line with international resolutions and the 2002 Arab Peace Initiative to establish an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
It warned Israel against implementing the deal by force and ignoring international resolutions, calling on the international community to resist any measures taken by the Israeli government on the ground.
It said it will turn to the Security Council and the U.N. General Assembly to oppose any plan that is unfair to the Palestinian people’s rights.
Speaking at the meeting, Abbas threatened to cut all ties with the Israelis and the United States in response to what Trump has dubbed the “Deal of the Century.”
Abbas said he sent a message to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and another to the director of the Central Intelligence Agency informing them of the plan to cut ties.
“We are telling you that there will be no relations with (the Israelis) and the United States, including security relations, in light of the fact that previous agreements and international legitimacy resolutions have not been adhered to,” Abbas said.
Trump’s plan foresees Israeli control over the West Bank and Jordan Valley as well as key holy sites in Jerusalem. It would not grant Palestinian refugees the right of return, but does call for the creation of a Palestinian state.
Abbas stressed that the Palestinians still believe in peace and called for the establishment of an international multilateral mechanism to implement the two-state solution.
“There is no room for the ‘Deal of the Century’ on the table,” he affirmed.
Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Aboul Gheit criticized the plan, saying it would lead to a state of apartheid.
“The plan leads to a status that amounts to a one-state situation that comprises two classes of citizens, that is apartheid, in which the Palestinians will be second-class citizens, deprived of the basic rights of citizenship,” he said in his speech.
The U.S. proposal “does not bring about stability or build peace, but sows the seeds for another 100 years of conflict and suffering,” he added.
“The two parties should negotiate by themselves in order to reach a solution which is accepted by both of them,” Aboul Gheit said.
On Saturday, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met Hamas leader Ismail Haniya in Istanbul, according to the Turkish presidency’s website.
Trump’s plan has prompted protests of solidarity in Gaza and fresh exchange of fire between Hamas and the Israeli army.
In a phone call with Abbas on Friday, Erdogan reiterated Turkey’s support for “the Palestinian cause,” according to Erdogan’s office.
Erdogan, a staunch critic of Israel’s policy toward the Palestinians, on Friday lashed out at Arab countries that backed the plan, referring to it as “treasonous.”
He criticized Gulf countries including Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates that have called on the Israelis and the Palestinians to discuss the plan in direct negotiations.

They both the Israelis and the Palestinians have to set down and talk about a peace plan. If Israel/Palestine keeps rejecting each other proposals this is not going to end. One has to compromise.

A long time ago during one of these peace deals I heard a Palestinian man on TV talk about this, he said there would never be a deal as long as they continue to poison the minds. He said growing up that he was taught by (I believe) Syrian teachers from a little boy, to hate Israel. It years living in the United States before he realized that his mind had been poisoned.

Conspiracy.:)

I don't think so, PA has to consult with all these parties before choosing another leader or taking any diplomatic step. They consulted with them on how to counter Hamas after 2006 elections too.

You must be talking about one of these fake business conmen who are paid to speak at Republican forums/events. Very simple, Palestinians will support their own people and rightfully so. Supporting your people doesn't equate to 'hate'. That's republican propaganda in the US. Funded by parties like AIPAC and other right wing conservative Jewish groups. These type of people aren't even moral/religious, they are actually wealthy people who are known to be involved in some weird behavior/scandals. Rudy Guiliana is one of them, and he covers the expenses of a college aged girl in order to receive sexual favors from her.

...
...

The reality is, because of the social constructs of this modern world, people only respect power. Once Palestinians and other backers of them have the edge in power department than they could publish such propaganda about Israeli's teaching their people to hate Palestinians and people would believe it because they only respect power. Once humanity moves on from God than it is what social constructs arise.

If humanity was still faithful and sincere towards God then ethics/moral position/logic/fairness would prevail over propaganda.

They both the Israelis and the Palestinians have to set down and talk about a peace plan. If Israel/Palestine keeps rejecting each other proposals this is not going to end. One has to compromise.

It's going to end once Israeli's go back to being what they always were, European and American Jews. Or some of them Moroccan Jews. Jews can't claim a right to the land because they believe they were living there 3500 years ago. Americans are of European descent but they can't go back to Europe and reclaim the land. They aren't European anymore.

Palestinians need patience and continue to play the long game. Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad are patient and playing the long game. Israel and other allies of Abbas/PA are trying very hard to shore up the PA and keep it intact. So they try not to embarrass them in public and request Arab nations/EU to fund salaries of PA employees. Because Israel/US want them to remain quiet and put up no opposition to the occupation.

Once Palestinian people get tired of PA then they will be more fond of idea of executing PA leaders who are traitors and taking this matter lightly and Hamas will take over West Bank and repel the occupation and fortify Palestinian defenses there to make hard for Israel ever to reoccupy the West Bank.

I guess this is fake?

I don't see anything wrong with that, they are teaching their people how to defend themselves. Israeli's do the same thing and we do it here with our children in America.

Israeli's doing same thing:

...
...

Why the fake outrage?

...
...

You seem to lack a lot of general knowledge about human society/culture. How do you think human civilizations survived back then? They were teaching their kids how to fight war since they were young. Ever heard of Spartans?

Btw the guy you referenced in your previous post is a fake businessman who never lived among Palestinians in Palestine. You probably know his name but don't want to post it because there is plenty of verified online material exposing him and the money he gets for such events.
