Turkey not doing enough to stop westerns from joining ISIS?

Do you think that Turkey is not doing enough to secure their border with Syria and to stop people traveling from western countries to enter Syria to join ISIS? I have seen on the news that a lot of people who left home wanting to join ISIS did so via Turkey.

The Turkey-Syria border is 500 miles long. But that's not all — "Turkey's frontier with Syria is mountainous."

To secure such a border therefore would be very difficult. So if the West wants Turkey's borders secured they shouldn't just talk. Timely intelligence and money. A lot of it, will get the job done.
