80% go to Eco dev, 20% Mil dev
Well we are all counting our eggs before they hatch. Nonetheless, it depends on the amt coming in.

The Armed Forces are financially in a good position, the economy is in ICU, it needs major policy revamps, and concrete measures. Ultimately a strong economy will benefit the Armed Forces as well.

In the mean time KSA/UAE can be approached for filling fiscal gaps / procurements for the Armed Forces, by offering some thing in return. @Mastankhan @Mangus Ortus Novem @TsAr @AliYusuf and others?

salam sir , sir is there any news about deal ?
No news on my end, but when the Qatari Emir visited, one rumor I heard was, in exchange for Nawaz an immediate trnsfr of US$22bn, but IK refused.

Now with Nawaz's health issues, I think Nawaz is in a better position to negotiate.

After all the health minister of Punjab doing daily press conferences, IK tweeting about Nawaz's health, shows GoP is now under pressure to let him go.

@Khafee @HRK and @Mangus Ortus Novem specifically you guys,

when the alliance was being formed in 2016-2017, 40+ countries, many fanboys were hopeful, happy. Myself was happy but from the beginning i had this ‘6th sense’ of seeing it as another failure. There is a dire need of a bloc, consisting of middle eastern countries, african, pakistan, central asian and china.
And yes, it’s not about religion, it’s about shift of world power monopoly. Forget Central Asia, Africa. Just Egypt, Gulf (Arabian Peninsula), Pakistan, Iraq, Syria lebanon and jordan, if a serious heavy military alliance would have formed, no muslim or specifically, no arab / occupied people would die today. This alliance should have formed a heavy science industry, defense industry, Joint bases, NATO would have become a joke... But reasons, this can’t and near future, won’t happen. USA and NATO unfortunately and sadly has GCC by their necks. Any displeasuring act and their oil gets hurt, their huge, huge assets in USA, stupidity by earlier royals,

PakEconomy in its current state is a National Security Threat. COAS tried hard in Noora regime to work on economic front... including FATF as well.. but EconomicTerrorists and EconomicHitman IsaqDollar did the opposite.

Now Londonistan is calling! Fly, fly, fly to Londonistan NooraFamily!

Combined with Billo doing daily dallas against the PakState and GoP going so openly against Pak National Interests just to get Zardari out of the dock...

FazoolMullahMaffia on the March ... for what?

CriminalEnterprise playing with PKR/StockExchange to allow the structural reforms to put PakEconomy back on track... meeting COAS a number of times...

Average annual moneylaundering of $10Bln from Pakistan ..combined with low/high invoicing tactics by the rentniering trading class has sucked PakNation dry.

So you see PakEconomy is National Security Threat in its present form.

GoP has done some fundamental structural reforms and they are moving in the right direciton... though PKR is now heavily undervalued... for reducing/curbbing imports there are other policy instruements which could have been employed... could still be employed... also not borrowing from SBP is great decision by GoP.

A country of 220million with 60% Youth needds an average growth of about 7.5/8% for a decade at least... and it is not impossible at all...

At the moment buying weapon systems is not an issue... We have in the past bought through Friends n Brothers channels...

The Fundamental Strategic Weapon for Pakistan now is PakEconomy and NOT NuclearWeapons or delivery systems... which we have in more than enough numbers.

So, yeah... @Khafee you are right!

EXACTLY, only release of F-16s from CST would be quite a required punch that would give us abilities and quench our thirst for 3 years

He does, crush the heads of snakes, fulfill his election promises, no matter who lives, who dies. Go after the stolen funds relentlessly, throw anyone & everyone linked to it in jail. Then see the results.

There was a case in KSA, where helmets were bought for the Army and National Guard. The National Guard paid 3 times the amt for the same items. The anti-corruption bureau made sure every cent was recovered. THIS is the kind of accountability that needs to be implemented ruthlessly.

One should not be afraid to go down, doing / defending what is right. YOU are going to die anyway, whether in a hospital with tubes stuck in every orifice, or like a brave lion defending what is right. Politically what is right should not be your concern. Not only will history remember you in good words, but your hereafter, a life that will NEVER end, your ultimate investment is taken care of.

In life one always needs to think long term, short term strategies, 9 out of 10 times always back fire.

Can't figure out what & how Khan Sahib is thinking of achieving the fiscal goals & objectives of reforming the economy. He has shunned many offers of help based on very naive and puritanical principles. He needs to be a lot more circumspect about the economy's woes and the burden the common people are feeling because of it. Seems to me that the Armed forces seem to be more aware of the current issues than the civilian leaders. He needs to be circumspect of the burden the weak economy is having on the military's combined modernization plans.

Hope he shapes up his act before things get irreversibly bad.

I have decided NOT to speak on this topic any more. YOU guys are smart enough to figure it yourself.

Hope IK smarts up soon enough.

Absolutely is.
I don’t know what context you guys are talking about, if it’s yemen or whatsoever, most probably iran, judging by previous convos, yes. We must definitely get GCC fully in our basket, after all they have done for us, makes me amazed, many arabs, despise our blood, consider us filthy, yet at diplomatic and military level, respect us very much, that’s not an everyday sight you get to see from arabs. Consider it an honour. There was this story of “Fateh Makkah”, Abu sufyan approached Our Prophet S.A, wanting to get into the fold of islam, but had a huge ego being a tribe leader, Prophet Caught his thoughts, accepted him, sent a Messenger with abu sufyan to a hill, where they both observed huge muslim army armed, consisting of ansar, muhajireen, heading towards Makkah, Abu sufyan’s jaw drops, He was wordless, fear struck him, eyes opened of how real the might of muslim army was. Prophet advised the messenger earlier, with a message knowing how abu sufyan would react after seeing army, he asked the messenger to tell abu sufyan later on, go to Makkah, those who are in homes will be safe, those who are in mosque (? Forgot the second point) are safe, and those who go to abu sufyan house will be safe. This action was to honour Abu sufyan, breaking his ego earlier in front of The Prophet. This is how you honour people, full of ego, who interact with you regardless
