Turkish Navy tested in 2014 a naval version of Roketsan naval variant Mizrak-D (UMTAS) long range anti-tank missile.

Actually, Mizrak is the name of Anti-tank family of infrared missiles which is going to be used on many different vehicles against various type of threats.

Mizrak-D Block 2: ~30km (Penguin equivalent on naval platforms)
Mizrak-D Block 1: 16km (Naval and Land platforms)
Mizrak-U: 8km (U Variants: Mızrak-UIIR and Mızrak-UL)
Mizrak-O: 4km
Roketsan-SAAB Mizrak AT missile: 3km
Mizrak-TEKAT: 1km

The source code gives an access to the entire computing system. I think what he is referring to is the integration of the missile into the software itself. That has different coding I believe.
